we were founded by real people who work within the emerging art of embroidery therapy, supporting people as they navigate mental health challenges through the quiet, grounding act of making. through this work, we've witnessed how stitching can create space for calm, connection, and emotional repair.

our mission is to bring this beneficial experience beyond the therapy room, we created Emboo: a thoughtfully designed embroidery kit that is intended to allow couples and individuals to slow down, create together, and find moments of peace at home. Emboo is rooted in a real practice and a real mission — to make emotional wellbeing more accessible, tangible, and human through shared creativity and bring people closer together.
